Welcome to LifeWise.com, located
in Nixa, Missouri. LifeWise® is a family owned business
providing our customers with health supplements since
1989.
At LifeWise our ongoing quest is to

How
Do I Order Online?
First you must click on a product
which can be found throughout the site such as on the
Home Page,
Best Deals,
Products A-Z
(for alphabetical listing) or Product
Categories.
Then when you find the product you
would like to order click on the product
name and this will bring you to that products
information page. Below the product image and
information you will see a box in you can choose the
dose and/or bottle size you would like to order. After
adding the item you your cart, you will be prompted
to choose the quantity.
It automatically defaults to a quantity of (1) one.
The item is now in your cart. But
please remember to choose "update totals"
if you have changed the quantity. You can view
your current Shopping Cart at any time by clicking on
"view cart"
located at the very top of each page.
Then you will be asked if you would
like to shop or checkout.
You can add more items by clicking on Continue to Shop
which will take you to the Product Category Page, if
you would rather order from the A-Z listing simply click
on located on the left in the navigation bar.
When you are ready to check out simply
click on the Check Out when prompted or click on . You
will then come to a page that displays your order information,
if correct, click on the continue button at the bottom
of page. Then you will be asked to enter your name and
address information along with your billing information.
Upon entering all of the required information you will
click on the Submit button at the bottom of the page.
You will then come to a page to verify all information.
If it is correct you will click on a button that says
"Yes it is correct." This will process your
order and when the order is completely processed you
will see the Thank You Page letting you know that your
order is complete.
You will also receive an e-mail confirmation showing
your order.

Go to the top of your browser
window (the window you open on the Internet) and you
will see the word View, under that you will find Text
Size. Under Text Size is a list of different settings
for text size. Choose the one that works best for you.

Backorders
We strive to keep every product
in stock and available for immediate shipment, 100%
of the time. If, however, you order a product that is
temporarily on backorder, but will be available for
shipment within 2 days, we will hold your shipment for
the backordered product. Otherwise, we will ship your
order immediately (minus the backordered product).
The backordered product will then ship separately when
it is received, at no additional shipping charge to
you. Any backordered item which must be shipped separately,
at a later date, will be listed as such on your invoice.
Also, you will not be charged for a backordered product
until we ship it to you.

Payment
Options
When you order from the web,
phone, or fax we accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express,
and Discover. When you order by mail we accept credit
card or check made out to LifeWise Naturals.
Sales
Tax
We are required to charge sales
tax to anyone who orders within the state of Missouri.
Our sales tax rate is 5% on all orders placed by a customer
in Missouri or shipping to Missouri.
Shipping
and Delivery
Once we have your order we will
ship it promptly usually the same day -by UPS or speedy
Priority Mail. Our customers have often commented on
fast delivery. Our orders generally
arrive to our customers in 3 to 7 days. If you place
your order before 12:00 P.M. Central Standard Time (CST)
it will normally be shipped the same day. Orders received
after 12:00 P.M. CST will be shipped the next day. Orders
placed on Friday after 12:00 P.M. CST will not go out
for shipment until the following Monday.
No matter how much you order
it is a FLAT FEE
of $5.50 (Priority Mail $6.50). If your order
exceeds $100.00 your shipping is FREE - which is why
we encourage you to stock up on your favorite supplements.

At this time, we are not
accepting International Orders; we apologize for any
inconvenience!
Guidelines for international
orders vary, however, depending on the country you live
in. Actual shipping, handling and insurance costs will
be paid for entirely by the customer in the case of
international orders; flat rates or discounted rates
as printed in the Buyer's Guide do not apply.

us to obtain your actual shipping, handling and insurance
costs prior to shipment of the order or see below to
get an estimate on shipping charges as well as more
information on the area in which your order will be
shipped to. All orders must be paid in US Currency only.
We are not responsible for orders that do not clear
international customs. If you have further questions
about an international shipment please e-mail

restrictions on mailing to your area or calculate the
general range of shipping cost click

the estimated weight of your order (allow 1/2 lb. or
8 oz. per bottle to get a close estimate, actual weight
of shipment may vary). After you click continue you

for our international customers. If you are unsure of
the import rules and regulations for your country you

the bottom of the web page) to assure that you are able
to receive the supplements you purchase.

Added
Items to Cart but Shopping Cart is Empty
If you place items in your shopping
cart and then proceed to check out and you receive the
message on your screen that your shopping cart is empty
this could be due to cookies being disabled on your
computer or in your anti-virus software settings. You
must have cookies enabled, at least enable per session
cookies. These do not remain on your system. They are
used to add items to a temporary folder that is used
in the check out procedure. Please feel free to e-mail
