    While we serve thousands of customers in the continental U.S., Hawaii and Alaska, we cannot currently ship to international addresses. [top]

  2. How and when will my order be shipped? When will my order arrive?

    Once we receive your order, we'll ship it promptly (usually within 24 hours) via standard UPS or Priority Mail, whichever your choose. 

    You can generally expect your order to arrive within 3 to 7 days of your order date. Orders placed after 2 p.m. (CST) on Fridays may not ship until the following Monday. [top]

  3. How and where do I send returns?

    If you're not totally satisfied with one of our products – for any reason – simply return the unused portion within 60 days of purchase to: LifeWise Naturals, Inc. 4346 N. Belgium Ave., Kansas City,  MO 64150. Be sure to include your full name, address and phone number with the returned product

    If possible, please include in the return package a copy of your original order invoice and/or your LifeWise® customer number. This information helps us find your order quickly and expedite processing of your refund request.

    Upon receiving and processing your returned shipment, we'll issue a prompt credit to your credit card account. If you originally paid by check, your refund will arrive within 2 to 4 weeks.

  4. Do you offer any special discounts?

    Yes. We offer discounts of 10-20% or more on LifeWise® vitamins and herbal supplements when you buy 3 or more of the same item.

    LifeWise Naturals® also offers periodic online discounts and specials.

  5. Do you guarantee your products?

    Absolutely. We confidently stand behind every product we sell with a 100% Guarantee of Satisfaction. If you're ever unhappy with any product for any reason, return the unused portion within 60 days of purchase, along with along with a brief note explaining why you're dissatisfied

    We'll cheerfully replace the product, issue a credit or full refund of the purchase price. We stand behind the products that we sell because we know that they're the highest quality vitamin and herbal supplements available. We won't be satisfied until YOU are.

  7. What does shipping and handling cost?

    You have two shipping options: For orders totaling less than $75 in product value, regular shipping is $5.50; Faster service through Priority Mail is $6.50 per order.

    However, when your order exceeds $75 in product value, we absorb all shipping costs making delivery ABSOLUTELY FREE to you. (Tip: This is why it makes so much sense to stock up on your supplement needs, even consolidating your supplement needs with those of friends and family members.)

  8. What if I want to suggest a product for you to carry?

    Here at LifeWise®, we put a high value on customer input and suggestions. If you'd like to see us offer a particular product you have experience with, let us know by sending us an email from our Contact Us page. 

    Tell us about the product you're recommending, and where to learn more about it. We'll carefully review and research your recommendation. If it meets stringent LifeWise® standards, we'll strongly consider adding it to our paper and ecommerce catalogs.
