LifeWise offers health plans for individuals and families in 35 counties across Washington state.

Open enrollment runs from November 1 through January 15. Outside of these dates, your clients can enroll if they’ve experienced a qualifying life event.

Key facts about 2024:

  • We’re expanding our Cascade Select (public option) plans to 19 counties, adding Pierce, Spokane, Thurston, and Yakima.
  • MultiCare is joining the LifeWise Alpine network, serving Cascade Select plan members.
  • LifeWise Essential and Cascade plans are exiting Yakima county. Members on these plans will be mapped to Cascade Select metallic equivalent plans.
  • All Essential, Cascade, Cascade Select, and Grandfathered plans will renew.
  • Kinwell Health clinics, exclusive to LifeWise and Premera Blue Cross members, are in-network for all plan types.
  • Cascade and Cascade Select Bronze and Silver plans now include 2 primary care and mental health office visits with a $1 copay.

Cascade Select plan summaries

Cascade Select (public option) plans are available to residents in 19 counties: Adams, Benton, Chelan, Clark, Cowlitz, Douglas, Ferry, Island, Klickitat, Pend Oreille, Pierce, San Juan, Skagit, Skamania, Spokane, Thurston, Wahkiakum, Whatcom, and Yakima.

*Silver health plans with extra savings: Eligibility for cost-sharing reduction (CSR) plans are determined by the number of individuals in your client's household, the state they live in, and their estimated income for the year. If your client meets eligibility criteria, they can enroll in a CSR plan.
