Your clients shouldn’t pay more for the care they need. By designating and using a primary care provider (PCP), they could save money on copays.
What your clients can save
Most health plans from LifeWise Health Plan of Washington give members a cost break when they see their designated PCP. Depending on the plan, members can get PCP visits covered in full or at half the cost of a non-PCP visit.
See the table for an example of how your clients can save money with a PCP with their 2019 LifeWise Essential health plans.

2 steps to lower copays
Your clients can designate a PCP by taking these two simple steps:
- Find an in-network PCP by searching our LifeWise Connect network of providers.
- Let us know who their PCP is by logging in to their secure member account at or by calling the number on the back of their ID card.
What you can do now
Talk to your clients about the potential cost savings of seeing a PCP – and about how easy it is to designate one. Don’t be surprised if you make a loyal client for life!
