Help for Individual Clients: How to Register for an Online Account

Everything your LifeWise Health Plan of Washington individual clients need to create a new online account for 2020.

As of 2020, we have a new secure website for your individual clients. All individual members—including new, returning, and those with grandfathered health plans—will need to create a new online account to access their current health plan information.

If your individual clients sign in to their previous online account, they will only see past claims information from 2019 and earlier—2020 health plan information will not be included.

Why individual clients should create an online account

With an online account, your individual clients can:

  • See their health plan details
  • Pay bills online
  • View their claims history
  • Find a primary care provider (PCP) or other in-network providers
  • Print a temporary ID card

Best web browsers for creating or using an online account

For an optimal web experience, we recommend that your clients use Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge. (Internet Explorer is not recommended.)

Registering for an account

To get started, your individual clients should:

  • Have their member ID handy
  • Visit the sign-in page, then select Click here to register
  • Create a unique username and password that they can use in the future

Password issues

To reset a forgotten password, your clients can:

  • Visit the sign-in page, then select Forgot login info
  • Follow the prompts to retrieve or reset their username or password
