Teladoc Is Discontinued for 2021

As of January 1, 2021, Teladoc will no longer be available to your individual and family plan clients. Instead, they’ll have the benefit of the following virtual care options:

Primary/Urgent Care	Doctor On Demand Video and phone-based primary/urgent care
Mental Health	Doctor On Demand Video and phone-based mental health therapy
Substance Use Disorder	Boulder Care Video and phone-based treatment for opioid use disorder and alcohol use disorder Workit Health Video and phone-based treatment for addictions like smoking, drug use, gambling, eating disorders, and sex addiction.

These virtual care options for 2021 provide your clients with more choices across benefit categories, expanding access to care, reducing wait times, and bolstering cost savings.
