AIM Specialty Health (AIM) changed its name to Carelon Medical Benefits Management on March 1, 2023. Please make note of the following changes:
- The website for www.aimspecialtyhealth.com will redirect to Carelon as of March 1, 2023.
- If you have bookmarks saved for AIM, be assured that the current URL for AIM automatically redirects to the Carelon URL. Redirects will be in place for 2 years.
- The secure portal URL, www.providerportal.com, is not changing.
This is a name change only. There will be no changes to the way providers submit requests or the contact information to check status. You'll continue to use the same secure portal atwww.providerportal.com.
