To ensure our ongoing efforts for timely and efficient care for our members, LifeWise regularly surveys our network of providers and staff. This is especially critical for some of our networks where not all providers participate.

- Ensure our providers and staff are aware of our available networks
- Understand which networks the practitioner is contracted with
- Know where to locate more information on contracted providers
