Coming July 2025: A new member portal and a better LifeWise experience

Something new and exciting is coming to LifeWise.com, and we have you to thank for it. A new member portal, after months in design and development, launches in early July 2025.
LifeWise members told us that our old portal experience needed improvement. That feedback inspired changes that will make the updated portal faster, easier, and mobile friendly.
Available in English or Spanish languages, the new LifeWise member portal will feature a cleaner dashboard and a more personalized experience. Enjoy seamless functionality and smooth operation on the most popular desktop and mobile internet browsers including Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge. (Internet Explorer, for which Microsoft has ended support, is not recommended.)
From checking plan benefits to finding a doctor while on vacation, managing and navigating around your LifeWise account from anywhere, at any time, and on any internet device, will now be speedier and more convenient than ever.
What you need to do
Most of the information you have saved in your current account setup will not change. However, the first time you visit the new portal, you will need to change your username and password to log in. The password criteria will be the same: at least 8 characters, with 1 number, 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, and 1 special character.
Have your member ID available when you sign in. If you have opted in for text message updates, you will receive a reminder about the portal upgrade. That text will include your member ID.
After you change your username and password and sign in, you will find the rest of your account information there just as you left it, only easier to access and manage.
