2026 open enrollment: Key dates you need to know

Open enrollment for 2026 health plans is underway. It’s the time of year when you can make changes to your LifeWise health plan. This year, government changes will likely affect your plan. 

Important open enrollment dates for 2026 plans:

November 1, 2025, through December 15, 2025: Open enrollment period for coverage that begins January 1, 2026.

December 16, 2025, through January 15, 2026: Open enrollment extension period for coverage that begins February 1, 2026.
