How to Help Your Clients with Bill Pay

One of the most important ways you can help your clients get started with their new LifeWise of Washington Health Plan is to help them navigate the initial bill pay process. Below is the information you need to be their guide.

Invoices

  • All your new individual plan clients should have received an invoice in the mail.
  • New members who purchased their plans through WAhealthplanfinder.org may have already made their first payment using its Pay Now feature.

4 Ways to Pay

  • Online
    Members can pay online at lifewise.com/my-account. They’ll need to create an account and will have the option to set up recurring automatic payments.
  • By Phone
    It’s possible to pay by phone using our automated payment system at 866-327-8016. Your clients will need their ID number and payment method ready.
  • By Mail
    To pay by mail, members should remove the detachable portion of their invoice and mail it with a check payable to LWWA Member Premiums to:

Members should write their member ID on the check for reference.

  • Bank Bill Bay
    To pay using their bank, members should access their bank’s online bill pay system with their subscriber ID handy. When prompted, select LifeWise Health Plan of Washington and this exact address:
