LifeWise to launch new member portal November 1
There’s exciting news from LifeWise—we’re switching to a new and improved member account portal system beginning November 1, 2026. That means all current members who are continuing with 2027 plans will need to create a new portal account on or after November 1, 2026.
New ID numbers and cards
As part of our portal change, new ID numbers will be issued to all members. Look for your new ID card in the regular mail in early December. You’ll also be able to access and download your ID card from the new portal account you set up. Present your physical or digital card whenever you receive care or pick up prescriptions.
Autopay
If you use autopay, your previous autopay settings will no longer be valid after November 1. To continue using autopay to make premium payments, you must set up autopay in your new portal account. To avoid interruption in payments, set up autopay by December 28, 2026. All automatic payments are drafted on the first of the month.

Text alerts and EOBs
As a convenience for our members, we will send you text alerts with updates about your plan.
No need to sign up for your explanations of benefits (EOBs) statements. EOBs will automatically be sent to your email.
Important open enrollment dates
Open enrollment for 2027 health plans starts November 1. It’s the time of year when you can make changes to your LifeWise health plan.
November 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026: Open enrollment period for coverage that begins January 1, 2027.
January 1, 2027, through January 15, 2027: Open enrollment extension period for coverage that begins February 1, 2027.
