2027 open enrollment: Key dates you need to know

Open enrollment season is the time of year when you can sign up for a new LifeWise health plan or make changes to your 2026 health plan.

Important open enrollment dates for 2027 plans:

November 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026: Open enrollment period for coverage that begins January 1, 2027.

January 1, 2027 through January 15, 2027: Open enrollment extension period for coverage that begins February 1, 2027. 

New to LifeWise? 

For 2027, LifeWise health plan coverage will extend to 30 Washington counties.
