Why we need this

Most LifeWise members qualify for government help with their monthly premium. If you tell us your current income, we will estimate your tax credit and the final cost for each plan. Your savings can be big.
With your current income, we can more accurately estimate the final cost for each plan.

Here are the LifeWise plans available to you

BEST OPTION
Gold plans have a moderate monthly payment and the lowest out of pocket costs at the time of care, making them the best overall value option. This plan level is recommended for most people as it covers a wide range of needs with the lowest cost shares.
Silver Cost Share Reduction (CSR) plans are the best option for anyone that is eligible for them. They reduce the out-of pocket cost of the Silver level plan, giving more value without changing the monthly premium. There are 3 different levels someone can qualify for based on their annual income.
This year, Silver plans have a moderate cost at the time of care but a high monthly payment. Your best option is a Gold plan, which has lower costs at the time of care and a lower monthly payment than Silver.
This plan has the lowest monthly premium, but you pay the most out of pocket at the time of care. While Gold is the best overall value option for most people, Bronze may be a viable option for people with minimal medical needs wanting to protect against illness and injury.

Is my doctor in network?

Networks may differ by plan. Find the network on your existing plan on your Member ID card under Medical Network. For new plans, networks are displayed at the top of the plans detail page.

Information may be incomplete when using the provider search tool on wahealthplanfinder.org. We recommend using the LifeWise Find Care tool to confirm your doctors.
